I'm particularly proud of this piece, largely because it happened mostly by accident. I was messing around with some copper wire, trying something else, when this flower took shape. And I thought, "hmmm, but it's kinda one dimensional", and bent the petals a bit to give it a more 3-D look, and really liked that. Then I added a stone to the center and REALLY liked that, so I broke out the silversmithing gear and went to work. I ended up with this:

I love it! The little silver dewdrops, the rainbow moonstone cabochon in the center, which these pictures don't even do justice to - it has so much beautiful orange and blue flash, it's like a sunset captured inside a stone!

It's just a really neat sculptural piece, and I'm pretty pleased that an evening of messing about with wire resulted in this. :) More pics and info as always, at my Etsy store, which still has the same active coupon code for 10% off through the holidays.
