Ok, I watched most of S1, but never really got more than lukewarm about the show. I haven't watched any of S2. And now I find myself intrigued by these little splashes all over my f-list of some guy named Ronan (or Ronon?) or something, and these icons with him with these facial markings, and this wild hair, and I find myself intrigued. Already, and for reasons which completely escape me, he reminds of Tyr from Andromeda and pretty much any of the Klingons from newer Star Trek shows. But hey, I like the bad ass warrior types, and from the little itty bitty glimpses I've seen, he seems to maybe be one. Yes? No? Anyone willing to upload some eps to yousendit for me?

He is definitely bad ass warrior type. He pretty much emasculates Sheppard, which is fun to watch :)

Yup, the Tyr comparison is warranted. I'm still kind of meh about him, but if you were only lukewarm with season one, you might love his addition.
If you're looking for episodes, you might want to look into joining stargate_eps. I'd help out, but my bandwidth is severely limited. :o(

I have no idea what it says about me that I was less than enthused about season one, but the thing that sold me on the show in Season two was not Ronon (who I can take or leave), but Hermiod.
