I love my Tivo! I am so addicted, never going back to a VCR or similar recording device. It's just...so cool to have it reliably record my shows each and every day without me having to tell it anything beyond that first Season Pass set up.

Also, I had no idea Michael Weatherly was on NCIS. He looks...older, and not quite as hot as he did on Dark Angel. (Unlike Jensen Ackles, whose hotness in Supernatural remains equal to his DA days.) Huh. Maybe it's the glasses. Somehow the glasses made Logan a way hotter character than Tony.

It's October, which means I'm trying to put together my Christmas shopping list for people. I like to shop early and get good deals. Also, since almost everyone I know has birthdays from October to December, I have twice the shopping to do.

(I have it on good authority that my girlfriends are rallying together to buy my Farscape: the complete Season 2 on DVD this year, as they did to get me S1 last year. So...in two more years I'll have all the episodes. :D)

Oh, Michael Weatherly. He is, indeed, MUCH hotter on Dark Angel. This is balanced by the fact that Tony is a much better character, IMO. Heh.

Angst, and brooding. The whole dark and serious, and/or brooding thing does it for me, too. *points to icon w/Michael from Prison Break* He's more focused than brooding, but that works just fine. :)

Plus, I love your icon. Like, a lot. Like, I think I need to find one too. I'm really enjoying that show, and boy do I love Michael and Sara. Mmm, hot.

I already checked your credits, and I'm looking right now on her journal. I won't take that one, though, because when I see an icon used on my friend's list, I feel like it would be stealing. Stupid? Sure, but at least it leads me to find the maker of the icon. So thanks!

Yes, awesome indeed. And I only just started watching, really, which sucks because now the show's on hiatus for three weeks! With no repeats for me to catch up. :(

Fic is temtping...very very tempting...except I must finish my Ronon/Teyla sequel before writing anything else. (That's what I keep telling myself, and my recent Jayne/River muse, and now Michael/Sara. Although I'm starting to think the Jayne/River drabble isn't going to go away until I commit it to paper.)

I really do think the glasses play a large part in the Weatherly hotness, because, well, I'm a total sucker for glasses. Last night's ep of NCIS (which is the first I've watched this season, due to it being at the same time as Bones and Gilmore Girls) was really great, and Tony broke my heart when he forgot for a minute that Kate was gone. *sniffle*

And Mark Harmon has some seriously intense blue eyes. Holy crap.

Incidentally, your PB icon is totally hot. I'm stubborn and insist on making my own icons, but I do appreciate the ones that are infinitely prettier than mine. :)

Mmmmm Jensen Ackles! It's the only reason that I watch any of 'Supernatural' without a scaredy pillow over my face. I have to be honest, that show? Scares the bejeezus out of me! I can only watch it on Sunday when it's still daylight outside. How sad am I?

I think it has something to do with the character he plays. There's a lot more smiling involved--some people are born brooders. And you know how harsh fluorescent office lights can be... ;)
