I do like your fiction. Sark killing puppies - I think I'm not as fond of this one, because I know someone who had to do something like this (drowning a cat in Mongolia because he was leaving and they nail them to doors or stone them to death there so the drowning was kinder)and that colors my reading of it. It's still v well done though and that last line is SO Sark it hurts.
I liked the cows better, but you can't help but like a Sark trapped among the cows.
