Wine Review

Just a quicky rec for Valentine's, for those of you interested in such things. Rosa Regale is a sparkling red, that not only suits the holiday in color, but also in taste. I would classify it as a dessert wine. Sweet, with raspberry tones, it goes excellently with my mother's chocolate silk, or with anything chocolate, I suspect. Too sweet for drinking any old time, or with dinner, it is an excellent dessert companion. I plan on using it for after dinner on V-day myself. The bubbles and rich color give it a suitably romantic look and tone.

Most places carry it for around $30. My local costco has it for $16. Not bad.
