Finally, another glimpse into the personal lives of the agents. And OMG Aaron's brother is hot - but then I'm pretty sure that's why all the females in the office were gathered around to watch him exit Aaron's office. You know, once Garcia pointed him out. (I really love her character, btw. How nice is it to have a character with a little meat on her bones flirting with the most gorgeous guy on the team every week, aka Shemar Moore? I mean, Elle is pretty and all, but putting her and Derek together would have been the obvious - and boring - choice.)

And I loved the brotherly dynamic - big brother trying to tell little brother what he should do with his life, and then because he's a profiler, using psychology to try manipulating him into what he wants him to do, all for his own good, of course. So little brother wants to be a chef instead of a lawyer - go him! Aaron's kid is going to need a rebellious Uncle in his life.

Please let this show be renewed for another season.

How happy am I that next week this show will move to a new timeslot that doesn't conflict with a single other show I watch? Yes, it's not the best written/acted show ever. I don't care; it's growing on me. And the acting/writing actually seems to be getting better, amazingly.

Wait, what time slot does Alias come back to? I seem to recall something about Wed at 8:00...damn it, I hope not! *sigh* It would be just my luck.

The guys with the wood chipper and the pig and Angela's disgust with them? HA! Even geeky guys are still guys. Of course they want to chip up the pig to see what happens. Gross, but funny.

It was nice seeing a flirtation that didn't seem quite as sledge-hammery as previous episodes between Brennan and Boothe - and Brennan and the guest star guy, for that matter. Any news yet on whether this show will be getting a S2? If the pattern of improvement continues, it should prove interesting to watch.

I only Tivo this when I need something to watch in the morning while using the exercise bike, so I've seen sporadic episodes. But ever since they introduced the witty and smart farm girl character of Lindsey, I've noticed a kind of sizzle whenever she and street-wise, sarcastic Danny work together. How right was I? He had to carry her for this crime scene experiment thing in last night's ep, and there were definite sparks -- and then the comment about "You promised me drinks for doing this, but I think I may need dinner, too." Of course, we won't get to see the drinks or dinner. The way this show works, we'll be lucky if anything of the kind is ever mentioned again. I just feel vindicated in my observation. (This show has never grabbed me, so I have to have some reason to watch - waiting for scenes between these two is as close as I can come to a real reason. You would think Gary Sinise would be enough all on his own; woe, he is not.)

When is Prison Break coming back this month? Probably not until the end, I suppose.
