Jul. 31st, 2006 03:10 pmSlowest. Monday. Ever.
Overall, I've gotten used to working full time. But today has been one of those unusual days where I constantly stare at the clock and think "three weeks ago, I'd've been home by now and doing xyz".
This may have something to do with my new resolve to get organized around the house and keep things that way. Hard to do if one is never home to actually organize. Plus, Mark is leaving tomorrow until late Saturday, and I'd like to spend some time with him NOT being grumpy and irritable before he leaves*.
Still haven't managed to see Miami Vice. C'mon y'all. I know there a couple of you who would have seen it as a matter of course - what's the spoiler-free verdict?
I am starting to get concerned about my Fall show tv watching schedule. There are old favorites I cannot miss, plus a couple of new and interesting things I want to check out, and I'm finding that my new schedule doesn't even allow me to keep up with my Summer tv watching schedule. Damn, will I have to sacrifice my show addiction for work? Oh, wait. Maybe I can sacrifice sleep, instead. Right. I can get by on five hours a night. Noooooooo problem.
*See previous post, if you're friended and can thus read it.
