Today is my Friday

Since we're going camping as of tomorrow morning until Monday. I'm in a meme mood, but haven't seen anything to really strike me yet this morning.

A couple of updates:

~ Bobbles - I promise, I am working on these in betwixt work and feeling unspeakably tired re:my f-locked post of yesterday. They are not forgotten, and I am extremely excited about how they have turned out so far. :D

~ This being unspeakably tired stuff does not lend itself to writing, either, I'm finding. Not even when there is nothing else to do at work, and I could easily be spilling out 2,000 words/day. Maybe it's time for me to take a look at editing the finished novel, since new words do not seem forthcoming at the moment. Then again, maybe three days of laying around a campsite doing not much of anything will rejuvenate me. *hopes*

~ Also, one should really not attempt to sew whilst unspeakably tired. Bad Things happen, like having to seam rip the entire lining to a bodice because one wasn't paying close enough attention before sewing. *sigh*

I'm tired. I want to go home. *looks at clock* Dang it. How can it only have been two hours since I got here this morning??

To whoever nominated Dark Reflections for the 2007 Stargate Fan Awards, THANK-YOU! from the bottom of my heart, seriously. That was such a surprise, and what a wonderful thing to find in my inbox. I'm really rather proud of that particular fic, and the mirror universe I created for it. Someday, I have aspirations of visiting that universe again. :)
