rhienellethOMG, stupid headache will not go away. Not entirely. This is not helped by the fact that right next door to me, this alarm goes off every five minutes somehow connected to this machine they run. It sounds like a fire alarm, and they must be testing something with the system today, as susally it is nowhere near this bad.
Also, about ten minutes ago, a daddy-long-leg spider crawled down the wall behind my desk. I couldn't get to it, and while I am SERIOUSLYOMGWTFBBQ11!!! arachnophobic (you have no idea, f-list, really), daddy long legs don't usually bother me. They are the ONLY spider I can almost peacefully coexist with. But now, every few seconds I feel like something is trying to crawl up my leg, and it's driving me bat$hit crazy. *shudders*
Also, my fish died today. :( He's been a bright spot on my desk at work for some time, now, but he's been sick for the past week, and everything I tried didn't help. After visiting fish forums earlier this week, it seems this strange bloating sickness is a plague sweeping among bettas. TONS of people have had previously healthy bettas suddenly ill with this odd bloating sickness that responds to NO antibiotics or any other medication. So, I knew it was coming when he first showed signs. And today, alas, he finally gave up the ghost. RIP.
All in all, it's been a FANTASTIC day, y'all. <- sarcasm
Also, the iPod seems to sense my mood, as right now this very second, it is playing the moment when Gandalf "dies" in Fellowship of the Ring. That scene chokes me up every time, with the hobbits crying and everyone just gobsmacked. :(
And the latest chapter of Nemesis still isn't done, although I'm about 1,000 words from finishing it. I just don't know if this damn headache is going to let me.
