rhienellethWell, that chapter was all kinds of painful, but again, it works so much better now than the original version would have. And now it's on to the actual ending chapters. Like, the final Big Thing followed by wrap up. I have 15,000 words to do it in, if I want to keep within the 100K goal.
You know, when I was at this point on DV, It ended up going for another...I don't know, 40,000 words, maybe? A LOT of stuff happened in that ending. But I was also dealing with more characters/storylines, etc. This should be less complicated. I hope.
I had to create another "cast icon" for Nemesis with this last chapter. It's the first new character picture I've had to create since the planning stages, and i had to do some stuff with photoshop to make it a real representation, but I am very pleased with how it turned out. It might seem strange to need a character icon this close to the end, but see, that's only because you're not thinking about book 2!
