I am leaving work early. I'm a mess, and accomplishing nothing at work anyway. Meanwhile, I could be decorating my Christmas tree at home, and I think might help make me feel better.

:( Is Mark at home? Or is there someone you could get some coffee with? You may not be wired like this, but I know that when I'm really, really, really a mess, the best thing is probably to be with someone who cares. Even though I may want to be alone, I know I'll just work myself into a deeper funk. So, if you can, and if you think it'll help, try not to be alone? Going through old ornaments and stuff is always better with two anyway.

The holidays are the worst time to feel isolated and sad, but I hope you know that you have a TON of people, here and in RL, who love you so much, and are praying for your happiness. In short, I love you dearly, dear.
