rhienellethI haven't had time to so much as glance at my friends list lately. I promise, after this novella is done, I'll be back to more regular posting and reading. :D
I'm just surfacing briefly from writing to let everyone know I'm still alive, and to say a couple of things:
First, it's freaking HOT OUT!! 93 F, and climbing. Today is supposed to top out at 97, tomorrow at 101! Yikes. I broke away from my usually more healthy lunch habits today to go by McD's and get a milkshake. Plus, I had acupuncture today, and I'm supposed to get some electrolites after that. Sugar counts, right?
Anyway, the milkshake was spectacularly awesome. Now it's back to my water bottle.
I'm also wearing a new hair accessory today. I bought one of the net/pearl snoods from this site in black, with white pearls. It is super cute, and another great way to keep my hair off my neck in this heat! Highly recommended.
Now it's back to writing. Hope everyone's doing well!
