So, somehow when I sent in my submission package last night, I titled my documents as they request REGULAR submissions be made. They had a special way they wanted the space opera submission documents titled, and I missed that.

Do I obsess over this? Send an e-mail to the editor we are told to direct questions to, asking if she'd like me to resubmit correctly?

Really, I CAN follow directions.

ETA: I sent an e-mail, and Ms. Knight responded already. She caught the mistake and retitled them already. Yay. But also, way to make a first impression, Rhien!

On the upside, you know they got it, and you made the deadline!

But at least you got the submission in and she was able to fix the mistake. Ooh...I'm so excited for you.

Yes, I just wish I hadn't made a mistake she had to fix. Oh, well. As you say, I definitely know she got it!
