Fly by update

 Just a brief FYI.  I am slowly uploading all of my fic to an Archive of Our Own.  I love the idea of having it all neatly in one place, easy for people to scroll through and find, to say nothing of easy for ME to find! :)

So far, I've only added the Illusions series, which I also recently added here to my journal, and An Exercise in Control, the stand alone Syd/Sark story I wrote that I believe has vanished from everywhere else online except AoO.

I've also added the Iron Man drabble I wrote a while back, and eventually every fic I've written will be there, I hope.  

If you'd like an invite to join the archive, let me know.  I don't have any currently, but I could request some, I think.  I'm still too new there to know how everything works. :D

I love Archive of Our Own. I've been a member a month or two, but have yet to upload my fanfic. I must get around to that soon.

I've been slowly adding all my fic (or all that is fit to be read anyway) to AO3 for months and just recently finished!

I completely agree that it's so great to have it all in a single place for easy perusal. I love so much of what they're doing over there with the ratings the comments bookmarking the warning system, everything basically.

Yeah, exactly! I love everything I hear about what they're doing, and the set up is so...professional and nice! I hear other people complaining about AO3 and I always think why? I just don't get that.

An archive for fandom, by people who love it, and want to do it right. What else can we ask for?

Well, I think there's a lot of longstanding old wank related to cliques or BNFs or something! And that's mixed in with a bunch of backlash. I do not really try to work it out. I JUST ENJOY AO3 AND GO ABOUT MY BUSINESS.
