Aug. 14th, 2011 05:37 pm A new filigree ring I am really proud of! It's in an open shank style that will fit multiple sizes:

That's the ring pictured on a size 9 and size 6 finger, respectively. The stone is chrome diospide, a gorgeous green semi-precious stone emerging as an alternative to emerald. The filigree band is handmade by me, and you can follow the link to my jewelry shop for more pics and info. :)
I must be in a green mood, because I also made these peridot stud earrings:

Although, blue is still my favorite color, because these are my favorites out of all my stud earrings to date:

Those are 5mm swiss blue topaz set in sterling silver, and I looooooooove them! They're actually a paler blue than that most of the time, but that's what happens when you put them in sunlight. Gorgeous color!
So, that's what I've been up to at the jewelry bench lately. Oh, and playing with my rolling mill. But that will take another photo session before I can post about it! :)
