The woman who made me want to be a writer is gone. :(

Thank you, Anne, for the dragons I fell in love with, for making me want my very own flight of firelizards, and for giving me my dreams. I read Dragonflight when I was an impressionable eleven year old. I decided I wanted to be a writer, and I haven't looked back since.
