Back from the eye doctor again, and I went with the general consensus and got the full frames, in a color called polished brown. They look great, and now I can't wait to get them. :) Should be about a week.

I love getting new glasses. Especially if I've had the same pair forever and the new ones make me look pretty and smart. There is nothing better.

Congrats on finding new glasses. I'm sort of looking for new reading glasses myself and was wondering if all frames in the US are on the smallish side as well? The ones here all seem so small, like for children, really. Don't get me wrong, I'm not looking for Yoko Ono size glasses, just a nice size frame that will look good on my square, pale face.

Nope, we have all sizes here. I just have a very narrow face, making smaller frames ideal for me. Although even I found some that were twoo small. :)

Must keep looking elsewhere then. It's just that whenever there is a predominant fashion here, it pretty much is the only fashion available if you know what I mean...
