Remember when I wrote Fantasies, and I was trying to write PWP, only it ended up being a pivotal moment for the characters and the series, what with Sydney realizing at the end that she'd fallen in love with Sark?  (Ok, so this probably only makes sense to the percentage of you who've read my fic, but you get the idea.)  And I came to the conclusion that I can't writing meaningless pr0n. 

Yeah, so this was very similar.  Turns out the s-e-x was pivotal and necessary, at least for one of the characters.  Emotional epiphanies can come at the oddest times.  My characters knew what they needed, even if I didn't.  *pets Parr*

Pr0n without plot. (Forgive my deliberate misspelling.) Fantasies was never actually supposed to be an actual part of the Illusions series. It started out as a challenge ficlet from a message board. A bunch of the girls wanted some hot bathroom s-e-x for Sarkney, and I stepped up and said "I'll write it!" And then I got to the end, and there was this whole emotional moment in the kitchen where Sydney realized just how deep in she was, and...well, it became part of the series, and I failed at writing PWP. LOL.

I think I'm going to wonder off and find that old Sarkney fiction....I could use the distraction...

Well, I'm pretty sure I'll have another chapter going up today, but not until this evening sometime. I've got another 800 or so words to write.

That doesn't do you much good now. :D
