I'm not sure why Brian Tyler's score to Timeline becomes my default music when writing so often, but it does. It isn't even my favorite score of his (that would be Children of Dune). But the militaristic feel of several tracks just works so often for whatever I'm working on. During the final chapters of Dark Vision, it fit the battle scenes. Now, it fits Mercy. I thought for sure BSG and Bear McCreary would be the default for Nemesis, but I think I've played Timeline just as often.
