Two vodak tonics = about four shots

Two vodka tonics, enjoying Band of Brothers on blu-ray (I believe I have made my enormous and abiding love of this series known more than once), our Christmas lights are up, and our tree is up and straight. Not a bad evening, all in all. Though the vodka tonics do make typing correctly a tad more difficult.

I'm very much in the Christmas spirit this year. I'm so pleased with how our (multi-colored, none of that steril, colorless white lights stuff at this house) Christmas lights look, I'm tempted to take a picture.

Also, my mother-the-restaurant-pastry-chef is bringing whole Maine lobster for Christmas Eve dinner. I'm making prime rib. Prime rib + lobster = best Christmas dinner ever. :)

I love you all with big sloppy hugs and kisses. Have I mentioned I tend to get happy and affectionate when tipsy? *loves everyone*

LOL! Me too. Also: very giggly. Everything is funny after half a bottle of wine.
