Help?

So.

I had one of those epiphanies on the way to work this morning. About the book. But i'm not 100% sure it works. *sigh*

I need someone with more military knowledge than I have to ask. And by "military knowledge" I mean "an understanding of how they think and what priorities they generally have" so they can tell me if this epiphany is at all feasible.

I also have military experience... was an Air Force brat growing up and I was an aircraft maintenance officer for 8 years. So if you need someone else to bounce ideas off of, let me know. Oh, that would be lovely! I've done some research and fleshed out my original idea some, but you might eb able to answer some specific questions for me...do you have gmail, by chance? It's the only "chat" feature our work firewalls let through.

I just saw this post, but if you still need it, I'm a military brat whose brother and sister were in the military (Marines and Navy, respectively) and whose husband is currently in the Army National Guard. :)

By the way, I got the earrings yesterday and they. are. GORGEOUS. :D
