The first page is amusing, but as you keep going and getting sucked in, there are some that made me laugh so hard I'm glad I'm sitting at home by myself.  Seriously, just go read.  

For example:

MOM: are you coming home this weekend?
 

ME: I haven’t decided yet..
 

MOM: I am making your bed up and making cookies and all of your favorite foods and lining your pillows with ten dollar bills

or

DAD: How’s college? I miss you and love you.
 

ME: I think I lost my debit card.
 

DAD: I love you less now

And some Facebook specific ones:

MOM: You will add the dog as your facebook friend RIGHT NOW!!
 

ME: mom he’s a dog….
 

MOM: He is FAMILY, add him or you are grounded!!!!

MOM: Your friend Lauren’s Mom facebook friended me. If I reject it will she know?
 

ME: Yeah she will.
 

MOM: That crafty bitch.

Also I've been meaning to say I started streaming Sarah Conner Chronicles last week in order to defrag after long revision days... and I am wrecked that it was canceled. So so good!

Sort of related: Summer Glau is now on the new show, The Cape. Love Summer, but feel so badly for her because I'm sure this series isn't going to make it far either. :-(

We are... almost half way through the second season. Maybe. Ish. Still enjoying! I would like to steal Thomas Dekker, in a totally not gross way.

It was a really great series, clearly made by people who loved the original two movies. By the second half of S2, you can tell they knew they were probably going to be canceled by some of the choices they were making. The ending really shows they were hoping for the best, though. Both the DH and I were completely disappointed in FOX's decision. It would've been really interesting to see what they did w/a third season.

I do need to change my LJ banner and such, though! :)

I'll definitely be paying attention! It's always interesting watching a series for the first time knowing exactly when they were suddenly canceled.
