How awesome was Penelope's necklace tonight?? I want a close up of it. 

The team is back together, and I *love* them, especially because everything that's happened isn't magically forgotten. There are repercussions, and these characters are actual people with real emotions.

I totally agree about the necklace and the Not Forgetting What Happened Previously On, and thank god, because I found the A-plot to be more gratuitous, exploiting, and insensitive to the victim's family than usual. Where was the gray? Where were the layered, subtle witness interactions? Not what I come for.
